Shipping Policy and Turn Around Time

Congratulations on your purchase of select goods and services from Display Solution. If you are pondering over how your goods should reach you knowing this would definitely soothe your nerves down. Yes, we ship them to your doorstep. However as good old times go, we do have a particular set of shipping habits and policies which you should be aware of.
First things first, we must inform you that all your purchases are shipped from our properly structured warehouses in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. We require 2 to 3 business days for processing your order of Banners and in case of Flags, the same might get extended up to 3 to 5 business days, after having received your confirmations of the respective artworks and designs. It is to bring to your further notice that shorter lead times may be available based on scheduled openings in Customer Service and Production. You must also brace up for Rush Charges if any, should they be applied.

The list doesn’t stop here. Just care to notice the following points as well so that you don’t end up freaking out upon not receiving the parcels on the scheduled dates.

  1. Our Production Departments are open at your service only on weekdays; Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
  2. Please bear with us if there are any postal or custom delays of your parcels. Have a heart not to shift the blame on us
  3. If you are ordering from a different province then please contact us in order to be sure of the delivery charges
  4. We ship the products only on business days and in case, a holiday decides to show up the delivery might get delayed a bit

Finally, we would like to inform you that for orders costing more than $175, the shipping is free. (WOW)Yes you heard it right. If you are shopping more than $175, the tables are on us in delivering anywhere in GTA, Ontario. This is however limited to online orders only and it can’t be combined with any other offers or discounts. Happy to serve you.
